Turn the list into a run checklist
Group your notes by what the requirement asks you to do: find, explore, hunt or defeat. Do not substitute owning an object for discovering it, or visiting an enemy location for defeating the target, unless the game itself shows that the requirement has been satisfied.
For Wheels of the Wasteland, note the vehicle names you have encountered rather than repeatedly revisiting one body. For Armed to the Teeth, keep an equivalent weapon record.
